The original was created to satisfy my (Janie's) love for salty snacks but stay on brand with a cookie. To do that we created a salty, sweet and everything in between cookie.
The Fully Loaded was meant as a limited edition cookie, but our staff and customers and friends became obsessed with it so quickly that we realized we could not get rid of it. A year later it’s still a daily cookie at our 80th St bakery!
We are ready for a remix but this time wanted to make sure that our friends with Peanut Allergies were not left out!!! (Don’t worry we won’t get rid of the original)
