Our apple cider cookie combines the flavors of an apple cider donut and the soft and chewy texture of a snickerdoodle. It's made with our homemade apple compote and coated in a delicious layer of cinnamon sugar. The result is a sweet, spiced treat that captures the essence of fall in every bite.  This cookie is currently tied for first place in Janie's personal favorite cookie category (Tie with Cranberry Apple Ginger PCC, and Salted Caramel Pecan).  We think you will ADORE this cookie as well!
